Dear Members & Non-Members,

We wish to inform you that the 2011 SPE Southwest Regional Conference in Santa Fe, NM (November 10-13, 2011) is completely SOLD OUT.

If you are planning on coming to Santa Fe for the conference, and are not registered, we would like to advise you to make alternative plans for your time in Santa Fe. There will not be any additional registration available and you will unfortunately have to be turned away at the door.

If you are aware of anyone who may not know about this situation that is planning on attending the conference and has not registered, please advise them about what is going on.

Thank you so much for your support! We wish we could accommodate all those who want to attend. It goes without saying that this is a precedent in SPE Southwest history.

Sincerely,

Jeremias Paul, SPESW Regional Chair
André Ruesch, 2011 SPESW Conference Chair
Jackie Heigle, 2011 SPESW Conference Vice-Chair

PLEASE NOTE: There will NOT be additional registration available on site during the conference. There will only be Will Call for those who are preregistered.

Conference Schedule:

PLEASE NOTE: The drive from town to SFCC is about 15-20 minutes.

Please plan on spending the whole day (Friday & Saturday) at the college.

Though there is a cafeteria right next to the conference room, we recommend bringing a box lunch from Whole Foods (located right behind the Sage Inn)… There will be plenty of opportunities to get coffee, water, soft drinks, etc. throughout the day!
