SPE Southwest

SPE’s Southwest region is offering up THREE $500 travel scholarships to aid an undergraduate, graduate, and adjunct faculty member in attending this years SPE National conference in San Francisco.

Jurors:
This year internationally renowned collaborators, and 2011 SPESW regional conference presenters, Shana and Robert ParkeHarrison will adjudicate the winners of the scholarships.

The ParkeHarrisons’s work has been included in numerous exhibitions and collections including at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Whitney Museum of American Art, Museum of Fine Arts Houston, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, The Art Institute of Chicago and the International Museum of Photography at George Eastman House, among others. Dates:
Submissions must be received by 11:59pm (MST) February 18, 2012
Winners will be announced February 26, 2012

Eligibility & Terms:
All applicants must be current members at appropriate membership levels at the time of the submission deadline and be a part of the southwest region (Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah).

All selected recipients must register and attend the 2012 SPE National conference in San Francisco where their award will be issued during the southwest regional meeting.

-PDF Document:
Name, Phone Number, Email, and Website
Name and address of affiliated school
Image title list corresponding with file numbering
1-2 paragraph artist statement

Adjunct Faculty Scholarship please include the following:
